I'd think it wouldn't even be out of the question to take Campaign rewards and stick them into future sets. Eternal combines the infinite possibilities of a deep strategy card game with the pace and polish of a modern video game. So with that kind of precedent I wouldn't be surprised to see Favors, Seats, or other "basic" cards thrown into future sets (mostly just so they can get action in Limited formats.) It would be a similar case to take cards from sets that have rotated out and also include them into newer sets. Some of the cards were just part of your starting collection, like Forge Wolf, or had to be crafted, like the Banners for the faction pairs that weren't supported at the time. They sort of already did this with Omens of the Past: that included a bunch of cards that were already in the game, but weren't technically part of The Empty Throne set. and those are usually powerful cards that compare with rare/legendaries. So in the future you could look at Sandstorm Titan and see that it's available from: The Empty Throne, "Set 7," and "Set 12." I love card games like this, and Eternal is probably one of the best and most. To me, it looks like there's space there to list several sets that a card can be found in. Of course there are things you can buy to help support the game even game developers need to eat but we believe strongly in being the most generously, truly free-to-play digital cards game available. I just base this on the way the UI displays what set a card is from when you click on a card to get a closer look. Every card in Eternal and every game mode can be played for free, without ever spending a dime.

This is pure speculation on my part, but I expect cards will come in and out of rotation with old cards becoming part of newer sets (basically a digital spin on card reprints.) SkyTemple is a user-friendly level editor for Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky that gives the user full control over graphics, scripts, Pokémon data, and more, enabling a great amount of creative freedom to prospective ROM hackers to create not just edits of the game, but entirely new levels and plots.
